These Low-Carb Turkey Burger Kabobs make the perfect finger food for your next football party, get together or salty craving.

My kids loved the small bite size burgers and didn’t even miss the bread which makes this a healthy and delicious gluten-free meal.

The mini low carb turkey burger kabobs are full of flavor thanks to the minced onion that is cooked inside the seasoned ground turkey meat. 

Turkey kabob is a good fit for anyone looking to lose weight since they are low calorie, grain free, low carb and keto friendly. 

If you leave off the cheese this recipe is also dairy free. 

Party Low-Carb Turkey Burger Kabobs

First, I mixed the ground turkey with minced onion and the rest of the seasonings.

Then I make cute little mini burgers and cook them in our cast iron skillet. You can use any skillet you have but I’m in love with cast iron because it creates such a nice crust on the meat.

When they are done it’s time to assemble the Low-Carb Turkey Burger Kabobs. I placed a piece of lettuce on the skewer first, then a mini burger, then tomato and ended with a pickle. 

Depending on the size of your mini burgers you could double them up as I did in the picture. I wanted them to be bite size for my kids so I made sure they were small. 

Feel free to be creative and add in cheese, bacon, onion or whatever you love on your hamburgers.

The sauce is easy to whip together using basic ingredients you probably already have but make it your own adding in more hot sauce or leaving it out.

Party Low-Carb Turkey Burger Kabobs

Low-Carb Turkey Burger Kabobs bring the full flavor of a juicy hamburger in snack size bites. Perfect Gluten-Free snack for your next gathering or craving.

Total Time 20 minutes


  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Lettuce
  • Cubed tomato
  • Hamburger pickles
  • Small cheese slices (optional)
  • Small kabob skewers
  • (Sauce)
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp Relish
  • 1 tsp. Hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. Stevia
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Combine ground turkey, egg, minced onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Form small patties of meat and place in cast iron skillet.
  4. Cook until done (4 min on each side).
  5. Top with a small square of cheese (optional)
  6. Assemble Party Turkey Kabobs by placing a piece of lettuce on kabob first, then burger, tomato and pickle.


Combine mayo, relish, hot sauce, stevia, salt and pepper in a small dish to use for dipping.


You could easily keep the cheese off of these Party Turkey Kabobs to make them dairy free.

Optional: Add a piece of bacon to each kabob.
