This is also a fun recipe to try if you are having company come over and need some finger foods.

Everyone loves bacon and the slightly sour pickle makes the perfect bite for any time.

How to make Low-Carb Party Pickle Wraps

This simple recipe comes together by taking 15 baby dill pickles and cutting them in half.

Next, I cut 15 pieces of bacon in half so it makes 30 shorter strips. Save yourself time and just cut the bacon in half right out of the package.

Wrap each pickle piece in a strip of bacon and place on a cookie sheet or in a cast iron skillet. 

Pop it right in the oven at 350 for about 40min. or until the bacon is crispy to your liking.

You can place them right on a serving plate after taking them out of the oven and offer up little hors d’oeuvre plates. 

I like to set out little plates so people can add a dip if they want.

This recipe has become our favorite low carb snack since it is so fast to make. The 30 pieces feed our family of 6 with no trouble.

Low-Carb Party Pickle Wraps

Salty pickles and crispy bacon make an inexpensive fast appetizer for your next party or gathering.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 15 Kosher Baby Dills
  • 15 slices of bacon
  • Palmetto Cheese or ranch for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut pickles in half and place aside.
  2. Cut bacon in half making 30 shorter strips
  3. Wrap 1 half slice of bacon around half a pickle.
  4. Repeat until each pickle piece is wrapped in bacon.
  5. Place in cast iron skillet or set on a large cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min or until bacon is crispy.

Notes

We dipped these pickle wraps in Palmetto Cheese Spread but you could use ranch or cream cheese for that perfect creamy bite.
