Ever experience unexplained itching, migraines or dizziness?

Histamine intolerance and candida have close ties that can’t be ignored.

Histamine intolerance symptoms can seem very random and hard to pin down. Histamine is an important neurotransmitter and has vital functions such as dilating blood vessels to help fight infections, digesting food and the nervous system. After struggling with symptoms of histamine for years, I have noticed a connection between histamine intolerance and candida.

My histamine symptoms would flair when I was also dealing with candida issues.

Let’s take a look at some of the symptoms of histamine intolerance:

  • Anemic
  • Smells/perfumes causing migraines
  • Low blood pressure
  • Acne
  • Muscle wasting
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Fungal infections
  • Anxiety
  • Protein in urine
  • Memory loss
  • Brain fog
  • Confusion
  • Allergic to many medications
  • Dizziness
  • Hard to regulate body temperature
  • Cold sweats
  • Sinus Infections
  • Tissue swelling/hives
  • Migraine/headaches
  • Heartburn
  • Fatigue
  • Itchy eyes/ears
  • Loss of appetite
  • Arrhythmia
  • Mood disorders
  • Anxiety/panic attacks
  • Diarrhea
  • Bloating
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Frequent urination
  • Shortness of breath

If you have followed me for very long you will notice that most of these symptoms are also the same as a Candida infection or a systemic fungal infection. They are eerily similar! Histamine intolerance and candida symptoms look exactly the same.

There are many reasons for someone to have high histamine issues and candida and fungus is one of the main culprits. When candida grows and multiplies in the gut it can create and release histamine and inflammation. It also decreases your bodies ability to break down histamine by reducing DAO which is an enzyme that eats away extra histamine.

If your body can’t break histamine down and your gut is producing extra…symptoms will escalate quickly.

Candida also releases mycotoxins as it reproduces that are poisonous to our systems. Candida and fungus can create its own alcohol in the bloodstream. If you struggle with histamine intolerance you know how toxic alcohol can be. Almost all people with histamine intolerance can’t touch alcohol without a reaction, the same thing is true for candida and fungal infections. It causes a flare in symptoms almost immediately.

Histamine intolerance and candida go hand in hand. Reduce candida in the system you reduce histamine levels. Any gut infection you have will increase the level of histamine in your gut and decrease the DAO enzyme that is supposed to eat away extra histamine.

I recently spend a few weeks on a prescription antifungal and noticed a huge reduction in my histamine intolerance symptoms. This of course was paired with a meal plan for reducing candida. In order to reduce candida, you have to reduce their food source.

Understanding what makes fungus flourish is vital to feeling better.

You can spend forever piecing together a plan to reduce candida, I’ve tried many times.

Recently I ran across the Ultimate Candida Diet Program. It’s a program designed by a doctor to kill off candida and rapidly reduce symptoms like the ones I mentioned above.

It comes with guidance, recipes, and the education to change your symptoms forever because you aren’t covering up the symptoms you are getting to the root.

You can’t live on Benadryl forever, eliminating everything in your environment that gives you reactions. It’s so satisfying to actually deal with the root of the symptoms instead of chasing band-aid solutions.

If you are tired of dealing with histamine intolerance I would recommend checking out the Ultimate Candida Diet Program so you can start reducing the toxins, inflammation and histamine levels in your body.

I’ve spent years studying candida and histamine, I’ve been asked to create a program to help others but I can honestly say that the information I have found in the Ultimate Candida Diet is all I would say and more.

It not only has the WHY but also HOW to get rid of candida and lowering histamine levels.

Join me on this journey of lowering histamine reactions, beating candida and gaining your health back.
