A 3-month program will help you to create new habits and lay a healthy foundation. This is not a diet and we will not count calories. I will provide you with resources for your particular needs, suggested recipes and lifestyle support. We can connect via email, phone, skype or facetime. Whatever you are comfortable with.
A 3-month coaching set is $425
- First Month Session: 60 minutes skype or phone call
- Second Month Session: 60 minutes skype or phone call
- Third Month Session: 60 minutes skype or phone call
Weekly Email Support throughout the entire 3 month period as we make progress on your health goals.
